My room was a snooze haven with fancy bedding, a sofa nook, and a cracking terrace. I had a blast exploring local eats where expats swapped tales over lip-smacking street dishes. The spa divas and dining delights sealed the deal.

The location was perfect for families, with easy access to the bustling Burjuman mall right next door and the metro station just a stone's throw away. The kids absolutely loved the Underwater Zoo at the mall, and we found it to be a great family-friendly attraction. The hotel's spacious rooms offered us a comfortable retreat after our adventures, with plenty of amenities to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for families looking for convenience and entertainment in the heart of Dubai.

The general areas are spacious and easily accessible for seniors, making it easy to move around and relax. Additionally, the hotel's prime location near the metro station and malls makes it convenient for seniors to explore the city without hassle.

I would ask for better accessibility features for senior people, as the children of the staff could have been more attentive to the specific needs of elderly guests.

I was thrilled to visit the Dubai Frame, and the City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur Dubai had the perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the Burjuman Shopping Centre. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and the choice of three dining outlets serving local and international cuisine. The restaurant and coffee shop/café made dining convenient.

Room requests were consistently denied.

I recently stayed at the City Seasons Towers Hotel for a week and it was a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, Mr SITHIK at the reception gave us a warm welcome and arranged everything for us. He was a calm and cool guy who made our stay even better. I highly recommend asking for SITHIK if you check in at this hotel.

The bed could have been more comfy and colors of the walls and rooms could have been improved to much lighter shades to get the feel of relaxing, comfort and modern. The welcome was great, with complimentary drinks during check-in. The staff, especially Geraldine, Linda, and Milan, were exceptionally helpful. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, Burjuman Mall, and the metro. Breakfast was satisfying, and the value for money was excellent. Unfortunately, there were issues with the wifi, AC, and maintenance response time. The sauna, swimming pool, and steam room were relaxing amenities, and nearby landmarks like BurJuman and Zabeel Park enhanced family bonding experiences.

We stayed at the Seasons suite at City Seasons Towers and found it to be fairly spacious for 2-3 people. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including toothbrushes which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, with Burjuman Mall, Burjuman Train Station, and other facilities within walking distance. It was very convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff, including Mr Sithik, Mohamed, Ali, Khwan, and Ms Linda, provided excellent assistance and service throughout our stay. We were impressed and grateful for their help.

We loved this hotel's location! It's in the heart of the city, very close to a metro station, which made it incredibly easy for us to travel across the city. Additionally, it's in the center of both shopping malls, making it an ideal place for shopping. The view from the 16th floor pool is stunning, and the creek, Dubai museum, souk, and heritage village are all within a 15-minute walk. The hotel's staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, especially Ali and Geraldine at the front desk.

the rooms are clean and well-equipped - with accessible wifi. the location is super convenient - right by the metro station and a shopping mall. the receptionist - redji - is very helpful. the quick breakfast service is a plus.

One service that I missed for my work was faster Wi-Fi connectivity in the business center.

I booked a deluxe room but got a joined bed, challenging for couples. The room needed a dust-off, plus no ashtray in sight.

The housekeeping staff paid close attention to detail and ensured that everything was perfect. The bathtub was a plus point. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Loved the "coolness and comfort" of the dark earth-colored interiors. Views from the floor to ceiling windows were either the bustling Deira area or the garden, so I had a lovely scenery either way. Great for business travelers and weekenders.
